This two storey luxury home is tastefully furnished with everything guests will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the ground floor the living, kitchen and dining are arranged in an open plan configuration but with good separation. French doors open out to a sunny courtyard with table and chairs. A laundry room and guest WC is conveniently located off the entrance hall.
Upstairs are three stylish bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe with ample space to unpack belongings. The daybed can be converted into a further single bed if required. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a desk space for those needing to work away from home. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. The main bathroom is also located on this floor.
For those visiting the area for school, the house is conveniently located within double grammar zone which includes Remuera Primary School and Remuera Intermediate School. Also within walking distance are some of Auckland's best private schools.
